Seoul Entertainments is the dedicated entertainment technology and media streaming sub-division of Devil.co. We develop high-speed media indexing clients (JOSEN), 120Hz native reels engines, synchronized Watch Together rooms, and client-side encrypted communication services. This Privacy Policy governs our data handling practices across our cloud APIs, client software, and web infrastructure. We strictly prioritize user privacy and minimize data collection to what is essential for authentication, security, and digital service delivery.
Authentication Profiles: We collect minimal account registration details (email address and Firebase authentication tokens) necessary to verify user identity, prevent unauthorized access, and manage VIP subscriptions.
Open-Internet Telemetry & Zero-Log Video Search: User search queries, catalog browsing, and playback selections are executed client-side. We do not maintain logs or historical databases of media streams accessed by users on the open internet.
Client Device Encryption: All direct messages, social discussion tokens, and cryptographic keys are secured directly on the client device using industry-standard cryptography.
Zero-Knowledge Principles: Private communication payloads are encrypted before leaving the user's hardware. Unencrypted private chat messages and Watch Together room codes are never stored on central servers.
Data Access Requests: Users have the right to request a comprehensive summary of all personal information and subscription records associated with their account UID by contacting our support desk.
Account Deletion Protocol: Upon submitting an account deletion request, user account data is permanently and irreversibly purged from all active databases within 30 days.
